Returns & Refund Policy
At JapPop Clothing, every piece is made to order — created just for you! Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out through our Contact Us Form within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
Once we review your request, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund if eligible.
Order Cancellations
All products begin production shortly after an order is placed, so cancellations may not always be possible.
If you need to make a change, please submit a request as soon as possible through the Contact Us Form and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Exchanges
Because each product is made to order, we can’t offer direct exchanges. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before checkout.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after you receive the approval email.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your order.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please reach out through our Contact Us Form with your order number. We’ll help track it down or arrange a replacement if necessary.
