At JapPop Clothing, every item is made to order just for you. Because each product is created specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing information, and shipping addresses before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jappopclothing@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. For this reason, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at jappopclothing@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to assist.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days after shipment, please contact us at jappopclothing@gmail.com with your order number.

We'll help investigate the shipment and arrange a replacement if necessary.
